  A deep massage to tone, warm and loosen muscles, relieve aches and pains and relieve tension caused by stress.
  
  
• Indian Head Massage - £12.50
  Stimulating Massage encouraging blood flow and releasing stress from the shoulders and neck.
  
  
• Lymphatic Massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
  This is a type of body work that helps clear the lymph system. The lymph system is an integral part of your immune system. MLD is excellent for helping overcome insomnia, tendonitis, acne and a host of other complaints.
